- Cocktail server/model is responsible for provide quality service while serving food, beverages and amenities
- Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable in order to engage in conversation
- Provides timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines and mixed cocktails
- Previous model / presenter experience preferred, but not required
- Previous cocktail experience preferred, but not required
